The MLS is Back Tournament is well underway, and with that Columbus Crew SC picked up right where the team left off with another strong performance, this time against Ohio rivals FC Cincinnati. While this year and season have been anything but normal, the one constant for fans of the Black & Gold has been high spirits coming out of game day, as the Crew defeated FC Cincy 4-0 on Saturday night.
Following the game, a number of Black & Gold players took to social media to react to the big win after four months off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Eloy Room continues to be a presence for Columbus, netting his second clean sheet in three games in 2020. Room kept it simple, celebrating the Crew’s first three points of the tournament.

Lucas Zelarayan came out of the Hell is Real Derby reaffirming that he intends to live up to the hype surrounding his arrival in MLS. The midfielder took to Twitter to thank one of the many fans who compared his performance on the pitch to a work of art.

Gyasi Zardes followed a class performance, netting two goals, with a class tweet, acknowledging the Black Lives Matter movement. And, in typical Zardes fashion, giving all glory to God.
