On October 10, the Columbus Crew ownership, along with city and state officials, and the commissioner of Major League Soccer, broke ground on the team’s new stadium facility in the Arena District. This stadium is slated to be the most advanced and cutting edge facility in Major League Soccer and, possible, all of North America.
