Columbus Crew SC star Justin Meram may have been a major snub from the 2017 Major League Soccer All-Star game, but now’s your chance, as a fan, to give him his due.
Video game company EA Sports is giving fans the opportunity to vote on a custom MLS cover for its upcoming FIFA 18 game, due out on Sept. 29.
Voting is now open at MLSsoccer.com to determine which of the league’s stars will be on a special downloadable edition of the game cover that fans can print and slip into the front of their FIFA 18 case.
Sick of Cristiano Ronaldo’s face? Slide Meram’s visage right on top and get to playing.

The Crew SC left winger is one of 22 players eligible for selection and is the only representative for Columbus.
Voting will remain open until 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, Sept. 22.
As of mid-morning on Thursday, Meram was second in the voting. The top five leading vote getters, in order, were Miguel Almiron (Atlanta United FC), Meram, Nemanja Nikolic (Chicago Fire), Francisco Calvo (Minnesota United) and Albert Rusnak (Real Salt Lake).
Need motivation to go vote? If Meram doesn’t win, you’re left with Atlanta’s already huge ego getting bigger (Seattle Part Deaux), a Fire player (enough said) or potentially a Minnesota defender (seriously?).
Meram is currently sitting on 11 goals, a team-high seven assists (tied for 10th in the league) and 44 key passes.
