The People's Ratings: Columbus Crew SC vs. New England Revolution

The Massive Report community renders their verdict on Crew SC's second road tie of the week.

Columbus picked up point number two as heavy legs set in as the game wound down. There were some bright spots as Steve Clark got the highest rating, the only one over seven. Aaron Schoenfeld's 4.94 was the lowest rating as he did little to impress the voters in his brief sub appearance.

GK: Steve Clark: 7.12 (SD 1.62) - The player of the match after another strong showing in swirling winds of Gillette Stadium.

RB: Hernan Grana 6.71 (1.64) - The brightest spot on a defense that was left on the back foot as the Revs tried to break through.

RCB: Michael Parkhurst 6.19 (1.28) - A bounce back game after a couple subpar outings as he was slightly above the team average of 6.04.

LCB: Emanuel Pogatetz 6.44 (1.37) - A solid game after getting the Whitecaps game off. The extra rest appeared to help.

LB: Chris Klute 5.65 (1.45) - A lot of work with back to back starts for Klute. Showing signs of adapting to the Berhalter system.

CM: Mohammed Saied 6.50 (1.27) - Another solid outing from the Swedish import. He's a calming influence in the middle of the field.

CM: Tony Tchani 5.88 (1.64) - Flashes of his 2014 form, but was slightly disappointing for the voting group.

RW: Ethan Finlay 5.75 (1.27) - Finlay lacked his normal spark, the long week sapped some of that energy he brings.

CAM: Federico Higuain 5.66 (1.58) - Fresh off suspension, but still didn't create the spark that many are looking for out of the star Designated Player.

LW: Justin Meram 6.50 (1.41) - A bright spot on offense as he looked good creating chances as well as trying to get his own.

ST: Kei Kamara 6.13 (1.41) - Much quieter game as the Revolution defense was prepared to handle his physical presence.

SUB 1: Chad Barson 5.72 (1.30) - Seen as a slight improvement over Klute. If nothing else, his fresh legs helped close out the road tie.

SUB 2: Kristinn Steindórsson 5.41 (1.21) - Underwhelmed as the offensive spark off the bench for Finlay.

SUB 3: Aaron Schoenfeld 4.94 (1.48) - Not much time to make an impression, but the one he did leave was poor. Needs to do far better on chances like the one he had at the end of game.

Coaching: Gregg Berhalter 6.31 (1.40) - Solid rating, but appeared to be dinged for the lack of impact subs. Fatigue limited his options to an extent.

Officiating Crew 5.75 (1.55) - Petrescu gave both teams a long leash before starting to pull out the cards.
