The Columbus Crew took on Michigan State and West Virginia in two 90 minute scrimmages during a bye week in their 2012 Major League Soccer schedule. The scrimmages served as a good opportunity to adjust some tactics, add some overall game sharpness and allow for more meshing of the team.
